Hoigaard's and the Minnesota Youth Ski League invites you to Theodore Wirth Park the first seven weeks in 2010 for a Team Sprint Training Series. This informal Wednesday night race series is based on two-person relays with a different format each week. Bring a partner or sign up to be matched with a skier of similar ability.

$5 per race. All proceeds go towards youth skiing! On site registration only. Minneapolis Trail Pass is required for those 12 and over. Registration begins at 6:00 pm in the main Chalet, races start at 6:30 pm. Come with a partner or pick one up at registration.

This coming Wed (Feb 17th) is our last week! Conditions at Wirth are perfect and what better way to tune up for the Birke. Come out and give it a try. Six laps of the the full 2.5k man made loop; just like the Olympics (but our snow is better...much, much better). Go for the Gold!

There is also a kids classic race on Sunday (same schedule at Saturday). Only the Saturday race is part of the MNYSS.

Riverside Park, St Cloud, MN

Hosted by the Central Minnesota Youth Ski League (St Cloud) and the Sons of Norway.

Equipment provided by the MN Youth Ski League (limited supply-come early).

Registration starts at 12:00. Race at 1:00.

Prizes to all participants. On site registration only. No fee.

Biwabik, MN

Hosted by the Giants Ridge MYSL as part of the Pepsi Challenge Cup weekend.

Registration starts at 1pm at the Timing Building in the stadium. The race is open to all kids through the age of 14.

Distances of the races are: 100 meters, 300 meters, 1 km and 2.5 km

Kinderlauf registration forms will be available at Pepsi registration headquarters or at Giants Ridge the day of the race.

$5.oo entry fee per skier. Race starts at 2pm.
