Hoigaard's and the Minnesota Youth Ski League invites you to Theodore Wirth Park the first seven weeks in 2008 for a Team Sprint Training Series. This informal Wednesday night race series is based on two-person relays with a different format each week. Bring a partner or sign up to be matched with a skier of similar ability.

$5 per race or $30 for the series. All proceeds go towards youth skiing! On site registration only. Minneapolis Trail Pass is required for those 12 and over. Registration begins at 6:00 pm in the main Chalet, races start at 6:30 pm. Come with a partner or pick one up at registration.

Dates with tentative formats (check back each week for changes):

January 2nd - 6 x 850 m
January 9th - 8 x 1k
January 16th - 8 x 1k
January 23rd - 4 x 1.7k
January 30th - 6 x 1.7k
February 6th - 8 x 1.7k
February 13th - 10 x 1.7k

Youth distances will be shorter. There will be a children's division and an adult/child division. All children get ribbons.

Course will be luminary lit, so bring a headlamp if you wish.
